A fine-dining restaurant located in my studio apartment.
This project consisted of a fine-dining restaurant located in my studio apartment in San Francisco. There was one seating for a party of four to six people one night per week. Guests paid $40. per person to enjoy a five course meal which I prepared behind a closed kitchen door. The carefully crafted cuisine was served by a professional waitperson. Most of the diners were complete strangers and remained so as I stayed hidden in the kitchen throughout their four hour dining experience in my studio apartment.
